Terms of use

These terms apply to the ANGlearn websites and phone app, provided by Athenium Nexus Global Limited ("ANGlearn"). By using ANGlearn you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Schools

• A school joins by applying on this website and being approved by ANGlearn. The school admin is responsible for the accounts they create and for the information the school puts into ANGlearn, including having any consent the law requires (for example from parents for their children's information).
• Schools pay ANGlearn per student, per term, at the prices shown on our pricing page and in the dashboard. A school that reaches a discount level gets that discount on every student; ANGlearn may also agree a special discount with a school in writing. A school's first term on ANGlearn (the first term that has not ended when the school is approved) is 70% off: the school pays 30% of the normal price for that term, due 35 days after the school is approved. From the next term the school pays the full price, due 28 days after the term starts. If a bill is not paid by its due date, the school cannot add students or publish results until it is paid. If the school uses the school bus, each child assigned to a bus adds ₦1,500 per term. The first-term discount applies to that fee as well. Payments already made are not refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
• School fees that parents pay to their school are between the parent and the school. ANGlearn only keeps the school's record of them and does not collect them.
• The school owns its information. It can ask us for a copy or for it to be deleted when it leaves.

Everyone using ANGlearn

• Keep your password private, and tell your school if you think someone else has used your account.
• Only use your own account, and only for school purposes.
• Do not post anything unlawful, harmful, abusive or that you do not have the right to share, and do not try to see information you are not meant to, or to disrupt the service.
• Teachers are responsible for the lessons and videos they post. Lesson videos are YouTube videos and YouTube's terms also apply.

We, or the school, may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

The service

We work to keep ANGlearn available and accurate, but it is provided "as is": we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors, and schools remain responsible for checking the records they publish, such as report cards. As far as the law allows, ANGlearn is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to a school is limited to what the school paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will change the date at the top and tell school admins about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
