Delete your ANGlearn account

ANGlearn accounts are created by schools, so the quickest way is to ask your school office to remove you. They can do it straight away from the school dashboard.

Email atheniumgroup45@gmail.com from the email address on the account (students: a parent can ask), with your name, school, and your email or student ID. We will check it is really you, tell your school, and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login, your name, your notifications and your phone notification settings.
• For a student: everything about them, including scores, report cards, attendance, quiz answers, lesson progress and school fee records. Schools that must keep records (for example report cards) should print or save them first.
• For a parent: the link to their children. The children's own records stay with the school.
• For a teacher: their account. Lessons, announcements and marks they posted stay with the school, without their name.

What may be kept

• For school admins: the school's ANGlearn bills and payments are kept for six years, as tax law requires.

A school that stops using ANGlearn can ask for all of its information to be deleted; it is removed within 90 days.
